- For property viewings – to protect the owner of the property in case an event occurs that requires knowledge of people who have gone through the property. This is part of our fiduciary responsibility to our clients.
- For Communication and Marketing Purposes
Providing information is optional but if you choose not to provide the information requested at a property viewing we will not be able to give you access to the property.
We keep your information safe. It is entered into our CRM system and we limit access to that system.
Every 2 years we review our CRM with a view to purging all people we have not had communication with since our last review.
We do not share your information with 3rd parties unless required to by law.
