About Cathy Freear
I’m Craig’s wife and I have always supported and been a sounding board for Craig since he started in real estate over 30 years ago. I have experienced the ups and downs of the real estate market but have also seen the huge level of satisfaction Craig receives when he has helped a client through one of the most stressful times of their lives, to achieve results that can make a real difference in their lives going forward. That was the main reason I made the decision to formally work in real estate as well.
With a background as a chartered accountant, during which time I worked at Deloitte and as a director of a small chartered accounting firm with around 20 staff and became a mother to Lachlan. I then set up a small home-based accounting practice and spent time working with non-profit organisations such as Porirua Budgeting Service, NZ Basketball Academy, Wellington Basketball Association and Hoop Club Wellington as well as spending time involved in Lachlan’s school sports and activities.
I bring the skills,knowledge and experiences from my background and my commitment to hard work to ensure the client experience of Real Estate Now is a great one.
