About Craig Freear
I first became involved in the property industry in 1984 as a builder apprentice then a building inspector and in 1989 joined the real estate industry where I found my niche and developed a passion for all things real estate. I’ve since been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions.
I bring my knowledge and experience from my background to give practical and honest advice to my clients, including clients buying new build homes in areas such as Churton Park and Grenada Village.
I believe my success is due to my hard work and my easy and relaxed manner with clients, my professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put my client’s needs first. My superior negotiation and marketing skills assist me in achieving premium prices for my clients.
I thrive on the fact that I can share in the excitement of clients buying their new dream home, or selling at a premium price so they can move on to the rest of their lives.
